2012 started with some suprises. Our home track (willow springs) shut the door on their club series WSMC . Initially I was upset and thought that I wouldn't be able to race as much as I had in the past. Luckily it gave me a chance to try out a variety of tracks woith other organizatitions . WERA had more events that I could attend so we showed up at Las Vegas, Buttonwillow and Fontana to give it our best. Chuckwalla and their CVMA club was another that we were able to attend. Great track but it's in the middle of nowhere...seriously.

At the end of the season I found the money and courage to try my hand at AMA Superbike. WOW what a challenge that is. Getting the paperwork in to validate your ability may be the hardest part of the whole process . I decided to make it out for the final round at NOLA motorsports park in New Orleans because the track was new and the other riders had only been there a hand full of times. ( I assumed it would level the playing feild) . We had a ball! I brought my friends Nick and Cameron to help out.
